Hello from GV Fitness! This week we brought back our 'strength and conditioning' class. This class uses exercises that build both physical strength and cardiovascular fitness, improving performance and reducing injury in sports and daily life. We use a mix of weight training and bodyweight exercides to achieve this.
The end of the week is always rounded up by a tough HIIT class, which focusses on high impact, often explosive movements to really get the heart pumping!
