Personal trainer / Fitness Instructor / Sports Nutritionist / Running coach
I have always been highly competitive and put my all into sports. I have three day Evented and trained horses at International level. Running has always been a passion for me; completing over 30 half marathons and 2 marathons – it was at this time I decided to get my running coach license.
I was lucky enough to get onto the volunteer programme at GV Fitness, and from there I gained my level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. I then continued this path to get my Personal Training qualification, shortly followed by my Advanced Sports Nutrition qualification. I now plan to start a Yoga course and use this at GV Fitness!
Level 2 Gym Instructor
Level 3 Gym Instructor
Level 4 Advanced Sports Nutrition
I have a bubbly and enthusiastic nature and I consider myself a ‘people person’. I really enjoy hearing all about my clients individual journeys and thrive on seeing and helping others develop and grow in achieving their goals.
Training and competing in equestrian sports at a high level was always my biggest passion, but my hobbies also include long distance running, hiking, cycling, gardening, cooking and socialising. In the last few years, I have focused on strength & conditioning and dedicated much more time researching how good nutrition can benefit athletes. I have recently taken an interest in Yoga and I am looking to further myself in this area as my next challenge. I’ll be bringing all of my experiences, passions and qualifications together to inspire you all at GV Fitness Centre!
I am available for Personal Training sessions and offer a free consultation, so get in touch below if you have any questions!
